Deniz and Hakan’s Marriage
The series revolves around a kind woman named Deniz Demir, who meets her classmate, a young man studying music named Hakan. They fall in love and their relationship culminates in marriage. However, Hakan begins to commit domestic violence against Deniz. She gives birth to a daughter with her husband, whom she names Ecem, and she loves her dearly, to the point of sacrificing herself for her.
Hakan Gets Shot
One day, Hakan gets into a fight with Deniz and Ecem. He retrieves his gun and points it at them. Deniz throws herself on top of him to protect her daughter from harm, causing the gun to fall. Hakan then strikes Deniz, and his daughter grabs the gun and shoots him.
Deniz’s Imprisonment
Hakan falls into a coma, and during the investigation, Deniz confesses to shooting him during the fight. She claims she did this to protect her daughter from going to prison. The police arrest Deniz and imprison her instead of Ecem, and Deniz begins a new life in prison, even more difficult than her previous one.
Prison Life
Deniz finds herself in a strange prison community where all sorts of contraband is readily available. There are two factions: one led by Azar, a woman who endured a difficult childhood due to her parents’ separation and her mother’s abuse; and the other led by Kudret, a clever and daring woman who turned to crime to support herself. Over time, she built her own empire, but was imprisoned for murder. There, she establishes another empire to control the other inmates.
Deniz’s Innocence

Both factions try to recruit Deniz, but she refuses to join either side to avoid further trouble. She decides to leave and reunite with Ecem as soon as possible. Just as she’s about to be released, her husband wakes up and confesses to the police that he shot himself, clearing Deniz of the crime.
Deniz’s Imprisonment
Before Deniz’s release, chaos erupts in the prison, leading to bloody fights. Deniz finds herself amidst the blood, unaware of the cause. She discovers the knife used to kill the dormitory manager and picks it up, finding her fingerprints on it. She is then framed for the murder, losing all hope of release and reuniting with Ecem. Deniz also learns that her daughter, Ecem, is the target of a plot orchestrated by Kudret to exact revenge. After a fight, Deniz kills Kudret, becoming a murderer herself, despite her innocence, after being imprisoned.
